The Role

As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our restaurant premises. Your work will help create a safe and pleasant atmosphere that allows our customers to enjoy their dining experience to the fullest. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.00, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning and sanitising all areas within the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchens, restrooms, and back-of-house zones.
• Ensuring floors, windows, walls, and fixtures are spotless and well-maintained.
• Disposing of waste appropriately and recycling where possible, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Reporting any maintenance issues or hazards promptly to management.
• Supporting the team by maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment in good order.
• Working flexibly to cover shifts as required, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Who We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in cleaning within the catering or hospitality industry is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to follow instructions.
• Understanding of health and safety practices and cleaning standards.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
