What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Pizzaiolo or Pizza Chef (Neapolitan experience desirable)
- Strong understanding of dough, fermentation, and oven work
- Ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
- Pride in consistency, quality, and presentation
- A true team player who works closely with fellow chefs and FOH
- Passion for pizza, craft, and continual improvement
