We’re looking for a commercially driven and energetic Regional Sales and Marketing Manager to lead local marketing and proactive sales activity across our Birmingham venues. Your mission is simple: grow revenue, increase brand visibility, and build lasting guest relationships through creative local initiatives and strategic sales execution.
Location: Birmingham – covering Bank Restaurant Bar & Grill, Riva Blu & Piccolino

What You’ll Be Doing
Local Marketing
- Develop and deliver targeted local marketing plans alongside the central Marketing Team.
- Drive Club IR loyalty sign-ups to build a strong local guest database.
- Build partnerships with businesses and community groups to embed venues locally.
- Support social media and community engagement to increase brand reach.
- Plan and manage a local events and marketing calendar.
Proactive Sales & Revenue Growth
- Generate new business that directly increases revenue.
- Convert new guests unfamiliar with our venues.
- Re-engage past guests and secure repeat bookings.
- Upsell products and experiences to maximise spend per visit.
- Generate referrals and manage ticketed events.
Operational Excellence
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure flawless event delivery.
- Create memorable, on-brand experiences that enhance guest satisfaction.
Success Measures (KPIs)
- Year to date cover growth
- Spend per head optimisation
- Private Dining Room occupancy
- Club IR targets achieved
- Incremental sales growth
- Proactive sales performance
About You
You’re confident, proactive, and results-focused, with strong networking skills and a passion for hospitality, sales, and marketing. You thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning ideas into measurable results
