We're looking for passionate, energetic and talented Supervisors to join our opening team.

What You'll Do

As a supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading the guest experience, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards are delivered every day.

You'll:

• Lead by example, delivering warm, engaging and professional service at all times
• Support the management team in the day-to-day operation of the venue
• Motivate, coach and develop team members to achieve their best
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest queries confidently and professionally
• Monitor service standards and maintain a seamless guest journey throughout every shift
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling and daily operational checks
• Support the training and onboarding of new team members
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and health & safety compliance
• Coordinate effectively with both Front of House and Back of House teams to ensure smooth service
• Help create a positive, energetic and welcoming atmosphere for both guests and colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a hospitality Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Front of House role
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
• Friendly, confident and approachable personality
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Team player with a proactive, hands on approach
• Flexible approach to evenings, weekends and peak trading periods
